FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS About Our Membership Plans
Is this dental insurance?
No. Our membership plans are a direct-care program offered by our office. It’s not insurance, and that’s what makes it so simple.
Can I use this plan if I have dental insurance?
Memberships cannot be combined with insurance or other discounts.
When does the plan start?
Your plan begins on the day you sign up and is valid for 12 full months.
What happens if I don’t use all the included services?
Unused services do not carry over and must be used within the 12-month membership period.
Can I add family members?
Yes! Family plans are encouraged. You’ll receive reduced child pricing when purchased with at least one adult plan.
Are there any exclusions?
Discounts do not apply to specialty services, clear aligners, or products unless specifically noted. Scaling & Root Planing discounts apply only to diagnosed areas.
